Роль коррекции дефицита тестостеронав лечении метаболического синдрома у мужчин

На примере описанного в статье клинического случая показаны особенности течения и развития МС при наличии дефицита тестостерона. Представленный клинический случай позволяет предположить, что дефицит тестостерона (гипогонадизм) может являться компонентом МС у мужчин. Кроме того, на примере данного клинического случая продемонстрирована важность комплексного патогенетического подхода к лечению МС у мужчин. Только сочетание соблюдения принципов рационального питания, физической активности и терапии, направленной на устранение андрогенного дефицита, позволяет добиться положительных результатов терапии МС у пациентов с гипогонадизмом.
