Методы количественной оценки инсулинорезистентности

В статье представлено определение понятия инсулинорезистентности, а также факторы, определяющие чувствительность тканей к инсулину, описана концепция синдрома инсулинорезистентности (метаболического синдрома), представлены его критерии, перечислены основные заболевания, сопровождающиеся инсулинорезистентностью. Подчеркнуто, что золотым стандартом количественной оценки действия инсулина является гиперинсулинемический эугликемический клэмп. Обсуждаются также различные индексы для косвенной оценки инсулинорезистентности и возможности использования математических моделей для этих целей.
