Коррекция артериальной гипертонии у больных сахарным диабетом 2 типа: фокус на жесткость артерий

Повышение жесткости артерий является одним из мощных патогенетических факторов, ассоциированных с высоким риском сердечно-сосудистых осложнений и смертности пациентов с сахарным диабетом 2-го типа (СД2) и метаболическим синдромом. Коррекция жесткости артерий имеет приоритетное значение для снижения риска прогрессирования атеросклероза и органопротекции. Терапия ингибиторами АПФ (Амприлан) обеспечивает не только высокий антигипертензивный эффект, но и достоверное улучшение параметров, характеризующих жесткость артерий, что свидетельствует о дополнительном вазопротективном действии этого препарата.
