Коррекция жесткости артерий имеет приоритетное значение для снижения риска прогрессирования атеросклероза и органопротекции. Терапия ингибиторами АПФ (Амприлан) обеспечивает не только высокий антигипертензивный эффект, но и достоверное улучшение параметров, характеризующих жесткость артерий, что свидетельствует о дополнительном вазопротективном действии этого препарата.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Elevation of the arterial stiffness is one of the important pathogenic factors associated with a high risk of cardiovascular complications and mortality rate in patients with diabetes and metabolic syndrome. Correction of the arterial stiffness has a great value for decrease of the risk of atherosclerosis progress and organ protection.
