Применение внутрижелудочных баллоновс целью предоперационной подготовки больныхсо сверхожирением

Аннотация

При морбидном ожирении (ИМТ>40) и особенно при сверхожирении (СО) (ИМТ>50) применение внутрижелудочных баллонов (ВЖБ) как самостоятельного метода лечения не оправдано ввиду недостаточного эффекта и высокой частоты рецидивов заболевания. В статье представлены данные исследования, показавшие, что первоэтапное форсированное снижение массы тела при помощи ВЖБ перед выполнением бариатрической операции у больных с СО в 78% случаев способствует снижению хирургического и анестезиологического риска. Прекращение лечения на этапе удаления ВЖБ при СО было ассоциировано с высоким риском рецидива ожирения и сопутствующих ему заболеваний. Применение ВЖБ в группе высокого риска оптимизирует процесс отбора кандидатов на хирургическое лечение среди лиц, страдающих СО
