Аннотация

Грелин - эндогенный лиганд для рецептора гормона роста, который синтезируется в виде прогормона, а затем протеолитически превращается в 28-аминокислотный пептид. Этот пептид стимулирует выделение гормона роста, регулирует прием пищи, влияет на углеводный и липидный обмены. Грелин повышает биодоступность оксида азота и поддерживает баланс между эндотелином-1 и оксидом азота в сосудистой стенке. Он повышает сердечный выброс, а также снижает артериальное давление и системное сосудистое сопротивление. Отмечено антивоспалительное действие грелина. Поскольку грелин является одним из циркулирующих пептидов, который стимулирует аппетит и регулирует энергетический баланс, его роль в развитии ожирения и сахарного диабета 2 типа является предметом пристального изучения. Многообразие метаболических функций грелина требует крайней осторожности в использовании терапевтических подходов, направленных на блокаду или стимуляцию его действия.
