Лечение сахарного диабета 2 типа ингибиторами дипептидилпептидазы-4

Сахарный диабет 2 типа (СД2) является сложным заболеванием, требующим многокомпонентного терапевтического
воздействия. Однако наиболее сложным в ведении пациентов с СД2 является достижение оптимального контроля заболевания
без увеличения риска гипогликемических эпизодов и прибавки массы тела. Ингибиторы дипептидилпептидазы-4 улучшают
гликемический контроль путем повышения секреторного ответа β-клеток на глюкозу и подавления секреции глюкагона.
В статье приводится анализ результатов клинических исследований эффективности использования одного из препаратов
этого класса - вилдаглиптина - в монотерапии и комбинированной терапии пациентов с СД2.
