Аннотация

Метаболический синдром (МС) является крайне значимой проблемой здравоохранения, с ежегодным неуклонным ростом распространенности во всем мире. Имеются данные, указывающие, что ожирение, являющееся основным компонентом МС, ассоциировано с развитием целого ряда гестационных осложнений, таких как задержка роста плода, макросомия плода, гестационный сахарный диабет, преэклампсия, синдром внезапной смерти плода. Механизмы взаимосвязи МС с развитием различных осложнений беременности активно изучаются и обсуждаются. Значимость МС при беременности определяется также его влиянием на систему гемостаза и повышением риска тромботических осложнений.
