Нефролитиаз при первичном гиперпаратиреозе, современный взгляд

Аннотация

Первичный гиперпаратиреоз (ПГПТ) в последние годы привлекает все больше внимания врачей разных специальностей. В связи с широкой распространенностью и превалированием мягкой формы возможность прогнозирования риска развития висцеральных нарушений (нефролитиаза, нефрокальциноза, сердечно-сосудистых проявлений, язвенной болезни) при ПГПТ определяет показания к консервативному ведению данной группы пациентов. Нефролитиаз является одним из классических проявлений заболевания и включен в перечень абсолютных показаний к удалению образования околощитовидных желез. Механизм развития нефролитиаза и нефрокальциноза при ПГПТ не до конца понятен, многие исследования посвящены изучению возможных предикторов их развития. В статье рассматриваются современные представления о клинических особенностях, факторах риска развития нефролитиаза у больных с ПГПТ.
