Заболеваемость морбидным ожирением увеличивается во всем мире. На этом фоне широкое распространение получили хирургические методы лечения ожирения. Зачастую после бариатрических вмешательств пациент сталкивается с целым рядом проблем, требующих пожизненного контроля и терапии. Обществом эндокринологов были разработаны детальные рекомендации по ведению пациентов после хирургического лечения ожирения. В данной статье изложены и прокомментированы их основные положения.
