Обследовано 100 пациентов с ожирением I–III степени в возрасте от 18 до 55 лет. Всем пациентам проводили генотипирование с применением аллель-специфичной амплификации с детекцией результатов в режиме реального времени. В зависимости от генотипов гена FTO больные ожирением получали различную диетотерапию и были разделены на 3 группы: пациенты с генотипом ТТ и АТ получали стандартную низкокалорийную диету, а с генотипом АА – персонализированную диету. На фоне проводимой терапии было установлено, что уменьшение калорийности диеты способствовало снижению массы тела у больных ожирением преимущественно за счет мышечной массы у носителей генотипа АТ, а у носителей генотипов ТТ и АА – преимущественно за счет жирового компонента. Таким образом, носителям мутантного аллеля А в гомозиготном и гетерозиготном варианте необходим подбор только персонализированной диеты, в связи с этим при назначении диетотерапии больным ожирением рекомендовано проведение молекулярно-генетических исследований, что позволит не только выявить лиц с повышенной потребностью в персонализации диетотерапии, но и повысить эффективность лечебных мероприятий при ожирении и предотвратить развитие его осложнений.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>The Aim</title><p>The Aim. The aim of the study was to develop and evaluate the effectiveness of dietary therapy in obese patients on the basis of studying the polymorphism rs9939609 of the FTO gene.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. 100 patients with obesity of I-III degree aged from 18 to 55 years were examined. All patients underwent genotyping using allele-specific amplification with real-time detection of results. Depending on the genotypes of the FTO gene, obese patients received different diet therapy and were divided into 3 groups: patients with the TT and AT genotype received a standard low-calorie diet, and with the AA genotype a personalized diet.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. It was found that a decrease in the caloric content of the diet contributed to a decrease in body weight in obese patients, mainly due to muscle mass in carriers of the genotype AT, and in carriers of genotypes TT and AA - mainly due to the fat component.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusions</title><p>Conclusions. Thus, the carriers of the mutant allele A in the homozygous and heterozygous variant require the selection of only a personalized diet.
