Ожирение является основным фактором риска развития сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний и осложнений от них. Тем не менее, не все жировые депо обладают одинаковой провоспалительной, паракринной и метаболической активностью. Недавние исследования показали, что накопление именно висцерального жира, а не подкожного связано с повышением кардиометаболического риска. В то же время есть данные, что увеличение площади висцерального жира является защитным механизмом против липотоксичности. Целью данного обзора является обсуждение данных современной литературы, отражающих особенности висцерального, эпикардиального и периваскулярного жирового депо, а также их ассоциации с сердечно-сосудистыми заболеваниями.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Today, despite all the measures taken, cardiovascular diseases remain the main cause of temporary invalidization, disability and mortality. Obesity is a major risk factor of cardiovascular diseases and complications from them. However, not all fat depots have the same proinflammatory, paracrine and metabolic activity. Recent studies have shown that the accumulation of visceral fat, and not subcutaneous fat, is associated with an increase in cardiometabolic risk. At the same time, there is evidence that an increase in the area of visceral fat is a protective mechanism against lipotoxicity.
