особенностей лабораторных показателей системы гемостаза, углеводного и липидного обмена у молодых женщин с метаболическим синдромом, изолированным абдоминальным ожирением и его сочетанием с артериальной гипертензией.</p><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. В исследование была включена 71 женщина в возрасте от 30 до 44 лет. Проводилась оценка показателей системы гемостаза, углеводного и липидного обмена.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Выявлено повышение уровней глюкозы, общего холестерина, холестерина липопротеидов низкой плотности и триглицеридов крови и снижение концентрации холестерина липопротеидов высокой плотности в сыворотке крови у женщин с абдоминальным ожирением в сочетании с артериальной гипертензией по сравнению с практически здоровыми женщинами. Изучение показателей гемостаза выявило протромботические изменения в виде активации коагуляционного звена гемостаза и замедления системы фибринолиза.</p></sec><sec><title>Выводы</title><p>Выводы. 1. У молодых женщин с абдоминальным ожирением и артериальной гипертензией выявляются нарушения углеводного и липидного обмена, причем у каждой второй женщины данные изменения соответствуют критериям метаболического синдрома. 2. Наиболее выраженные признаки активации свертывания крови отмечены у женщин с абдоминальным ожирением и артериальной гипертензией. 3. У женщин с отдельными компонентами метаболического синдрома не выявлены значимые изменения углеводного и липидного обмена, хотя появляются начальные признаки активации отдельных звеньев свертывания крови по сравнению с контрольной группой.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Aim of this study was to determine the characteristics of the laboratory parameters of hemostasis, carbohydrate and lipid metabolism in women with metabolic syndrome, isolated abdominal obesity or with hypertension.</p><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. The study included 71 women aged 30 – 44 years and was conducted at laboratory study of hemostasis system, carbohydrate and lipid metabolism.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. In women with abdominal obesity and arterial hypertension we found an increased levels of glucose, total cholesterol, LDL-C and triglycerides and a decrease in a concentration of HDL-C compared to healthy women. The study of hemostasis revealed prothrombotic changes in the form of activation of coagulation hemostasis and fibrinolysis system activity.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusions</title><p>Conclusions. The disorders of carbohydrate and lipid metabolism are very prevalent in young women with abdominal obesity and hypertension with every second woman meeting the criteria for the metabolic syndrome. The most pronounced signs of activation of blood coagulation markes was seen in women with abdominal obesity and hypertension.
