Несмотря на успешные достижения в лечении пациентов с ХСН, продолжительность их жизни в сравнении с другими
заболеваниями сердца остается самой низкой, а риск внезапной смерти самым высоким. В последние годы появились данные
об особенной роли гормона роста (ГР) в развитии сердечно-сосудистой патологии, а также о его возможностях в лечении терминальной стадии недостаточности кровообращения. В статье отражен обзор наиболее известных в этой области исследований.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Chronic heart failure (CHF) is a complication of most cardiovascular diseases. Despite of the last achievements in pharmacotherapy,
life expectancy in patients with CHF remains to be the lowest, and the risk of sudden death is the highest. The last 20 years stressed the importance
of growth hormone role in the development of cardiovascular disease, and its potential in treatment of terminal CHF. This article reviews the
