Наиболее частыми причинами смертности при акромегалии являются сердечно-сосудистые, цереброваскулярные заболевания, а также патология дыхательной системы. Нарушения дыхания во сне встречаются у большинства больных акромегалией – они ухудшают качество жизни и повышают риск смерти от сердечно-сосудистых катастроф. Таким образом, необходимо подчеркнуть важность своевременной диагностики заболевания и выработки наиболее оптимального пути лечения для предупреждения развития осложнений. В представленном клиническом случае оговорены основные соображения и методы, необходимые для своевременного выявления синдрома апноэ во сне, как одного из возможных осложнений основного заболевания, и планирования дальнейшего лечения. Комплексный подход к терапии уже имеющихся осложнений акромегалии, а также сопутствующей соматической патологии является определяющим в прогнозе продолжительности и качества жизни пациента. Пример 41-летней больной с впервые выявленной акромегалией и сопутствующим синдромом апноэ во сне является показательным для данной патологии.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Sleep-disordered breathing is higly prevalent in acromegaly, disturbing patients quality of life and increasing the risk of acute cardiovascular compications. Presented clinical case discusses key considerations for timely diagnosis of sleep apnea syndrome and treatment planning.
