Гормоны жировой ткани (лептин, адипонектин, резистин) секретируются плацентой человека и регулируют функцию трофобласта. В обзоре представлены данные литературы о роли адипоцитокинов в развитии гестационного сахарного диабета и преэклампсии у женщин с ожирением. Рассмотрены критерии и алгоритмы диагностики гестационного сахарного диабета, рекомендованные Всемирной организацией здравоохранения и Международной ассоциацией исследовательских групп по диабету и беременности.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Obesity in pregnancy is a risk factor for complications for both the mother and of the fetus. Adipose tissue hormones (leptin, adiponectin, resistin) are secreted by the human placenta and regulate the function of trophoblast.The review presents data from the literature on the role of adipocytokines in the development of gestational diabetes and preeclampsia in obesity women.
