Патогенетически они могут обусловлены различной патологией, в том числе хроническими заболеваниями печени (ХЗП). Нарушения минерального обмена при ХЗП включают в себя печеночную остеодистрофию, остеопороз, дефицит витамина D, вторичный гиперпаратиреоз, гипокальциемию и др. Эти нарушения широко распространены в данной когорте больных, однако отсутствие единых комплексных клинических рекомендаций не позволяет своевременно выявлять данные осложнения ХЗП. В первой части обзора нами была рассмотрена эпидемиология и патофизиология нарушений минерального обмена при ХЗП, вторая часть посвящена вопросам их диагностики. </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Disorders of mineral metabolism are one of the most significant healthcare challenges in Russia and worldwide. Pathogenetically, they can be caused by various pathologies, including chronic liver diseases (CLD). Mineral metabolism disorders in CLD include hepatic osteodystrophy, osteoporosis, vitamin D deficiency, secondary hyperparathyroidism, hypocalcemia, and others. These disorders are highly prevalent in this patient cohort; however, the lack of unified comprehensive clinical guidelines hinders the timely detection of these complications of CLD.
