Гиперпролактинемический гипогонадизм представляет большой научный ввиду распространенности эндокринной патологии в репродуктивном периоде и влияния на метаболические процессы. Гиперпролактинемия – одно из серьезных препятствий на пути к реализации детородной функции как у женщин, так и мужчин. В статье рассмотрены актуальные вопросы диагностики и тактики ведения пациенток с гиперпролактинемией различной этиологии в рамках преконцепционной подготовки.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Hyperprolactinemia has multiple etiologies and is the most common endocrine manifestation of pathology of the hypo­thalamic-pituitary axis. Hyperprolactinemic hypogonadism is of great scientific interest due to the prevalence of endocrine pathology in the reproductive period and its effect on metabolic processes. Hyperprolactinemia is one of the serious obstacles to the implementation of reproductive function in both women and men.
