Всем пациентам были даны рекомендации по снижению массы тела (гипокалорийное питание, ежедневные аэробные физические нагрузки, а также лираглутид в средней дозе 2,4 [2,4; 3,0] мг). Проводилась оценка окружности талии, антиоксидантной активности эякулята, спермограммы исходно и в динамике через 6 мес. Статистически значимыми считали различия при p&lt;0,005.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Снижение массы тела составило -11,7 [12,4; 11,0]% от исходного, окружность талии уменьшилась на 8 [12; 7] см. При оценке динамики были отмечены статистически значимые: увеличение содержание в эякуляте живых сперматозоидов от 92 [90; 95]% до 95 [92; 98]%, их морфологически нормальных форм от 5 [3; 6]% до 6 [3; 8]%, подвижности А+В от 25 [15; 36] до 35 [19; 52]%, а также антиоксидативной активности эякулята, уменьшение активных форм кислорода в нативном эякуляте, чего не отмечалось в отношении активных форм кислорода в отмытых сперматозоидах. Увеличение количества сперматозоидов в 1 мл эякулята статистической значимости не достигло.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. У молодых мужчин с постпубертатным висцеральным ожирением и неотягощенным андрологическим анамнезом показатели качества эякулята на фоне комплексного лечения ожирения с применением лираглутида улучшились.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Background</title><p>Background: Considering the influence of visceral obesity on male infertility, the investigation of ejaculate quality indicators under obesity treatment is relevant.</p></sec><sec><title>Objective</title><p>Objective: Evaluation of ejaculate quality indicators by obesity treatment with liraglutide in andrologically healthy men with infertility and post-pubertal visceral obesity.</p></sec><sec><title>Methods</title><p>Methods: Infertile men with post-pubertal alimentary visceral obesity were included in a pilot observational prospective study. All patients were given recommendations for body weight loss (hypocaloric diet, daily aerobic physical activity) as well as an average daily dose of liraglutide 2.4 [2.4; 3.0] mg. Evaluation of waist circumference, antioxidant activity of ejaculate, spermogram was carried out initially and after 6 months. The differences were considered statistically significant at p &lt;0.005.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results: The body weight decrease was -11.7 [12.4; 11.0]%, the waist circumference decrease was 8 [12; 7] cm. In dynamics, increased content of living sperm in ejaculate from 92 [90; 95]% to 95 [92; 98]%, morphologically normal forms from 5 [3; 6]% to 6 [3; 8]%, mobility of A + B from 25 [15; 36] to 35 [19; 52]%, seminal antioxidant capacity, a decrease in reactive oxygen forms in the neat ejaculate were statistically significant.
