СР отмечается у значительной части населения, и его распространенность составляет в среднем 3–5%. Высокая встречаемость СР в популяции, а также частая ассоциация с другими, нередко угрожающими жизни заболеваниями и состояниями обусловливает его клиническое значение. В 80–90% случаев СР является идиопатическим. Предполагается, что источником спастической реактивности сосудов в ответ на провоцирующие факторы является нарушение центральных и локальных механизмов регуляции сосудистого тонуса. Важнейшую роль играют эндотелиальные, внутрисосудистые и нейрональные нарушения.</p><p>По меньшей мере в 10% случаев СР является вторичным, то есть проявлением другого заболевания. Наиболее часто СР ассоциируется с системными ревматическими заболеваниями. Кроме того, СР может развиться и при эндокринных заболеваниях, включая поражения гипофиза, щитовидной и паращитовидных желез, надпочечников, а также сахарный диабет. В некоторых случаях СР может быть единственным симптомом эндокринной патологии. В целом СР является состоянием с благоприятным прогнозом и стабильным течением. Наиболее информативным инструментальным методом дифференциальной диагностики первичного и вторичного СР является капилляроскопия ногтевого ложа.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Raynaud’s phenomenon or syndrome (RS) is an episodic attacks of transient digital ischemia resulting from vasospasm of the digital artery, precapillary arterioles, and skin arteriovenous shunts in response to exposure to cold temperature or emotional stress. Prevalence averages 3–5%. The high prevalence of RS in the population, as well as the frequent association with other, often life-threatening, diseases and conditions, determines its clinical significance. In 80–90% of cases, RS is idiopathic. It is assumed that the spasmodic reactivity of the vessels is caused by a violation of the central and local dysregulation of vascular tone. The most important role is played by vascular endothelial, intravascular and neuronal disorders.</p><p>In at least 10% of cases, this is a secondary phenomenon. Most often, RS is associated with systemic rheumatic diseases. Along with this, endocrine diseases can develop, including those affected by the pituitary, thyroid and parathyroid glands, adrenal glands, and diabetes mellitus. In some cases, RS may be the only symptom of endocrine pathology. In general, SR is a condition with a favorable outlook and a stable course.
