Неоднозначность, а порой и противоположность выводов разных авторов позволяет рекомендовать взвешенно относиться к целесообразности скринингового обследования на АТА у женщин с нарушением репродуктивной функции, а также к предлагаемым в некоторых руководствах лечебным мероприятиям, основанным на результатах такого обследования.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Present literature review provides information about clinical trials that evaluated the association of the carriage of antithyroid antibodies (ATA) and the reduction of the ovarian reserve, as well as the effectiveness of assisted reproductive technologies.
